Becoming a Member

UYC provides a variety of programs to our students. Membership is free for students in grades 6-12 living in or attending the Urbana City Schools District.

A student membership agreement must be completed for participation and access to these programs. This agreement allows your student to participate in our programs, enables UYC to help make sure your student is successful in school, and permits UYC to take action in the unlikely event of an emergency.

This form must be completed by one of the student’s parents or legal guardians.
